Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Assists hotel guests with check-in and reservations • Assists guests with various requests and needs and coordinates details with necessary departments or vendors • Assists with making dinner and golf reservations and provides a professionally written confirmation to the guest • Assists guests with transportation arrangements and directions • Provides detailed information about Mohegan Sun, its property, and the surrounding area to both internal and external guests. Training Requirements: Knowledge of systems used by Hotel Operations Physical Demands and Work Environment: Office work environment Must be able to stand, reach, bend, or sit for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
