What Youll Do: Lead and support Foremen and concrete crews on multiple projects Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules Review plans and help develop efficient project execution strategies Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs, and punch list reviews Resolve field issues and keep projects moving forward Maintain project updates in Procore Coach, mentor, and develop team members Promote and enforce a strong safety culture. What Were Looking For: Experience leading concrete construction crews Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read construction plans and specifications Organized, accountable, and driven to deliver results Procore experience is a plus.
