Mobility to work in OC San buildings and facilities; to sit, stand, and walk on level, uneven, or slippery surfaces; frequently reach, twist, turn, kneel, balance, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, grasp, and make repetitive hand movements in the performance of daily duties; to climb and descend into and out of vehicles and equipment, to operate varied hand and power tools and construction equipment, and to operate a motor vehicle and visit various OC San sites, projects, and/or meetings. When performing all assignments: Plans assigned jobs by reviewing work orders and inspecting structures, determining work to be performed; estimates time, materials, and equipment for jobs; orders materials to complete jobs; picks up and delivers supplies and materials to job sites; cleans and restocks shop; coordinates work with OC San personnel and contractors; requisitions materials for additional staff as required.
