About this job: <ul><li>Will be expected to successfully complete both the butt weld and full size branch-connection weld on 12 ¾ " pipe in accordance with API 1104 requirements. This position will involve field inspection services and geotechnical /materials testing in the laboratory. Laboratory testing will include performing Atterbergs, proctors, sieve analysis and numerous other geotechnical soils testing. Other duties will include data management, equipment maintenance, and sample organization. Project experience in general construction, field density testing, concrete testing, soil sampling, and materials testing as well as experience with Microsoft Word and Excel programs is preferred but not required. Pioneer will provide on the job training to perform field testing and laboratory testing tasks. Candidate must have a valid Class D driver's license with no driving restriction in place.
