Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with project stakeholders including internal contacts (ie: Transit, ROW, Urban Forestry), property owners, design consultants and engineers, contractors, external stakeholders (ie: Nova Scotia Power, Bell Aliant, Eastward Energy, Halifax Water, NSE, NSPW). The Senior Construction Inspector is responsible and accountable for the daily co-ordination and direction of all contract administration and inspection services operations within their designated area of Construction Services, to ensure projects are implemented and completed on schedule, within budget, and meets the quality control objectives of the design and specifications.
