This is a key leadership position for a construction professional who can balance field execution with project financial performance while developing strong relationships with Project Managers, Superintendents, field employees, subcontractors, clients, and other project stakeholders. Reporting directly to the President, the General Superintendent will oversee field operations, manpower planning, subcontractor performance, production, quality control, scheduling, and jobsite execution across the company's active projects.
