This role will be responsible for managing the Plant Digital Transformation Program which facilitates the design, implementation, and support of technology solutions that improve the yield, throughput, labor productivity, food safety, quality, and traceability of our processing operations - including live receiving, first processing (harvest and evisceration), second processing (cut-up, deboning, and tray pack), further processing and prepared foods, packaging, cold storage, and shipping.
