The Assistant Head of School reports to the Head of School and works in close partnership with faculty, families, and community members to create a safe, inclusive, respectful, and joyful school environment where every student is seen, known, and set up for success. The Assistant Head of School is a key member of the school leadership team, responsible for fostering a strong, student-centered culture that upholds Herron Classical Schools' Core Values and Universal Behavior Policies.
