Responsibilities: Assist with preparing job sites, including grading, forming, and layout Support concrete pours by moving materials, tools, and equipment Spread, level, and finish concrete using hand and power tools Set forms and ensure proper alignment and stability Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on time Qualifications: Previous concrete or construction experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling) Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team This role supports concrete crews with a variety of tasks including site preparation, pouring, finishing, and cleanup.
