The role develops and manages the project-specific Quality Control Plan, definable-feature controls, preparatory activities, inspections and tests, nonconformance and corrective-action processes, quality records, and acceptance documentation in coordination with the Project Manager, Project Executive, Superintendent, Construction Project Engineer, design professionals, trade partners, testing agencies, and client representatives. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Required: Bachelor''s degree in construction management, construction engineering, construction science, engineering, architecture, quality management, or a related discipline PLUS two years of relevant construction quality experience, or seven years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
