Duties Description Under the direction of a Professional Engineer (Construction Manager, CM), the incumbent will function as Thruway Project Engineer (TPE) and be responsible for acting as the on-site representative of the Authority to administer larger or multiple smaller construction contracts and, in partnership with the contractor, to achieve the established goals of the construction program.
