Assigns work to, supervises, and advises buildings maintenance mechanics, heating and air conditioning mechanics, plumbers, electricians, apprentices, and helpers engaged in performing a variety of major and minor repairs, renovations, and installations, and preventative maintenance, to heating, ventilating, air conditioning, mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing equipment in County buildings. Our Employee Assistance Program provides confidential and professional assessment and referral assistance for employees and eligible dependents in the household who are experiencing personal problems that may be affecting work performance, job satisfaction, or overall quality of life.
