Job Description: Provides professional, administrative, technical, and supervisory work in planning, managing, developing and coordinating the Towns horizontal (water, sewer, roads) and marine infrastructure; prepares and administers budgets; analyzes, recommends, plans for and implements improvements; assists the Town Engineer in directing and managing the operations of the Engineering Section; all other related work as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in civil or ocean engineering, and possesses more than seven (7) years of progressively responsible relevant experience in the planning, design, and construction for a broad spectrum of large complex construction projects in Massachusetts; three years of supervisory experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
