Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture + 12 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership + 12 years of experience progressive construction project management experience that includes knowledge of all project phases: planning, design, preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations + Experience with managing US Federal Government projects within the past 5 years + Relevant experience leading contacts, managing people, budgets, schedules, overseeing subcontractor performance, and working with stakeholders and governing agencies on behalf of a public-works owner **Preferred Skills/Experience:** + Master's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture + Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture professional certifications (CCM/PMP) and/or license (RA/PE) + OSHA 10 Certification + Experience and understanding of all contract documents and in field problem solving skills and the interpretation of drawings and specifications **Additional Information** + Sponsorship is not available for this position + Relocation is not available for this position Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. + Takes leadership initiative in working with internal team members, and client departments including cost/scheduling, procurement, quality assurance, construction, contracts, legal, labor relations, finance, accounting and other services and departments as required to successfully manage projects.
