Key Responsibilities: Lead and promote the Company's Safety Culture in all field operations Supervise and direct pipe crews performing water, sewer, and storm drain installation Read and interpret blueprints, utility profiles, and project specifications Plan and coordinate daily work activities for assigned phase of work Identify project risks and proactively communicate issues or opportunities Ensure proper layout, grade checking, and elevation control using levels, lasers, and GPS Stage materials, equipment, and manpower for efficient workflow Monitor productivity, quality, and schedule performance Submit accurate daily reports and complete crew timecard review Communicate project status clearly and timely to Project Managers and Superintendents Train and develop crew members and create opportunities for skill growth and advancement.
