Tasks and Responsibilities: -Lead daily on‑site construction oversight for civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities across multiple buildings on a data center campus -Review and validate the GC's full construction schedule, including monthly forecasts, CPM updates, and detailed look‑ahead plans. 5-10 years of commercial/industrial construction or mission critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar)‑critical project experience (Data Center, Semiconductor, Labs, or similar).
