What You'll Do: The staff veterinarian will provide high-quality general practice, medicine, and surgery services for a diverse caseload that includes approximately 2,500 equine cases, 2,000 dairy and beef cattle farm calls serving more than 40,000 animals, 2,500 small ruminant cases, 400 camelid cases, and 300 swine cases annually. The Tufts Veterinary Field Service provides veterinary care for livestock and farm companion animals, supporting farm animal owners while offering veterinary students hands-on experience, knowledge, and training to prepare the next generation of large animal veterinarians.
