This position is responsible for general maintenance, minor repairs, painting, pressure washing, pool area cleaning, and keeping the community clean, safe, and visually appealing. We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper to maintain the buildings, grounds, pool area, and amenities of a condominium community.
