Must-Have 8+ years of project management experience in construction, with direct experience delivering healthcare projects (ground-up, renovation, or both) Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or formally leading other project managers - not just running a bigger project alone Deep understanding of healthcare-specific compliance: ICRA, AHCA (or state equivalent), infection control coordination Strong financial acumen - comfortable owning forecasting and margin performance across a portfolio, not just a single job Proficiency with Procore, PowerBI, and Excel Preferred Experience in a self-perform or vertically integrated design-build environment Experience managing a portfolio or multiple concurrent projects tied to a shared client relationship CHC or equivalent healthcare construction credential.
