Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Perform basic mathematical calculations and follow simple technical instructions + Assist higher-level inspectors with field inspection activities and project support + Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job + Work under immediate supervision and report findings to senior inspection staff + Monitor conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and code requirements by performing inspection duties + Perform daily field inspections and maintain accurate, detailed inspection records + Participate in punch lists, testing, and commissioning activities + Track quality assurance progress and document inspection results + Provide input to documentation for area and equipment turnovers + Document project conditions through photographs and visual records as directed + Verify materials, equipment, and deliverables meet project specifications prior to installation + Communicate inspection findings and potential issues to project management and contractors + Monitor and report on safety compliance and adherence to project safety protocols **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Valid U.S Driver’s License required to visit project sites, clients, and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment, selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review + Due to the nature of the projects a US Citizenship is required **Preferred Qualifications:** + Basic mathematical calculations and follow simple technical instructions experience + GDOT Intermediate MOT - Must obtain within the first six months of the assignment **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
