The employee must frequently be able to work in a construction job site environment, including but not limited to working outside, working alone, excessive dampness, excessive heat/cold, fumes/smoke/gases/chemicals/solvents, walking on uneven surfaces, noise/vibrations, and working around moving equipment/machinery. Build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, design teams, engineers, facilities managers, and inspectors.
