High school diploma or equivalent 4–5+ years of experience in moving, packing, or contents restoration, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role over multiple crews or jobs Demonstrated experience managing or developing other Project Managers, leads, or technicians — not just individual job execution Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. Preferred: IICRC certification(s) in Water Damage Restoration, Fire/Smoke Restoration, or related areas Experience working directly with insurance adjusters or property managers Familiarity with SERVPRO job documentation systems (WorkCenter, DryBook, etc.) Experience managing warehouse operations, fleet, or inventory at scale Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
