Personnel management, including setting production goals, safety goals and quality goals, craft call outs from locals, work assignments, weekly time management, manage craft ratios in accordance with the project agreement and Collective Bargaining Agreement. This role serves as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and company leadership while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
