Shift Managers are hands-on leaders who keep the restaurant running smoothly while bringing the Five Guys experience to life — great food, friendly service, a clean restaurant, and a team that’s ready to rock! This isn’t a “stand back and supervise” role; Shift Managers are expected to jump in, lead from the front, and be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of the Crew Member position while directing the shift, coaching the team, managing food safety, and keeping service fast and accurate.
