Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients'' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. The schedule consists primarily of two 8-hour shifts and one 10-hour shift split between our two sites at our Charlestown Health Center Pediatric Primary Care Clinic and at our Pediatric Primary Care at 165 Cambridge Street, Boston (2 blocks from MGH).
