The incumbent promotes student success by assisting prospective students in completing the steps to enrollment, providing academic advising, guiding students in identifying career objectives, developing and delivering workshops, teaching student success courses, and facilitating other co-curricular activities that support student learning, engagement, retention, and completion. Plans and delivers programs, activities, and experiences, such as service-learning, field experiences, and co-curricular activities that enhance student development, learning, and engagement with a focus on supporting student mastery of the Core Curriculum Competencies.
