li>Environment: Works in an office setting and construction site environments; works outside with exposure to sun, heat, cold, humidity, and inclement weather, noise, dust, no/low light, insects, poison oak/ivy, debris, confined spaces, mold, chemicals, odors, heights, potentially hazardous conditions, steep slopes, uneven ground, and rough terrain; occasionally requires irregular and/or prolonged hours. - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; and,
- Six (6) years' experience in utility construction and maintenance or related field; and,
- Three (3) years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity; and,
- Must have a valid Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Class B Water Distribution license.
