Strategies to Empower People is looking to hire a full-time Program Manager I for Supported Living Services that will help coordinate, develop and implement our community-based supported living program for disabled adults who have consistent & severe medical challenges in the greater Sacramento area! The Program Manager I has a hand in almost every aspect in the services we provide, from general administrative duties such as documentation, reports, and supervising field staff to on-site assessments for incoming clients, hands-on support for our current clients, and developing and implementing numerous plans, goals, and celebrations for the people we support.
