We are seeking an experienced L2 Production Support Lead to support and stabilize a modern enterprise application ecosystem built on Spring Boot, Java, Angular, Windows, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Mongo Atlas, Azure Data Lake Services (ADLS), AKS, Python, FastAPI, and LLM serving technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication, with exposure to AI/LLM-based services and cloud-native environments.
