This role will oversee large, multi-discipline construction operations, manage sizable craft workforces, and partner closely with project management to drive schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.The General Superintendent will play a critical role in planning, execution, and workforce leadership on high-profile projects, including large vertical structures, sump areas, and data center–related construction.Requirements<ul><li>Experience:</li><li><ul><li>10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with demonstrated success on large, complex construction projects</li><li>Heavy Industrial construction experience required</li></ul></li><li>Technical & Project Experience:</li><li><ul><li>Large vertical construction and “table top” work</li><li>Large sump area construction</li><li>Data center construction experience, including duct bank installation</li><li>Experience managing large crews (hundreds of craft professionals)</li><li>Commercial construction experience is a plus</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel or work project-based assignments, per diem provided</li></ul></li><li>Leadership & Skills:</li><li><ul><li>Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple superintendents and field teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction means and methods</li><li>Excellent safety leadership and planning capabilities</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel or work project-based assignments</li></ul></li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Base Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses with a strong incentive structure</li><li>Vehicle Allowance: $850 – $950 per month</li><li>Retirement: 401(k) plan</li><li>Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (BCBS); MetLife dental and vision</li><li>Time Off: 4 weeks of vacation</li><li>Additional benefits consistent with a senior leadership role</li></ul>

Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Full-Time Production Superintendent who will be based, and have responsibility, for our two facilities in Freeport TX. The Production Superintendent will be responsible for directing, planning and leading operations in the areas of production and maintenance at both ASU, CO2, and utility facilities to ensure the required business objectives and strategies for the U.S. Industrial Gases Business are met in a safe and environmentally compliant manner. The Production Superintendent will have both operations and maintenance direct report and report directly to the Plant Manager. Primary Responsibilities: - Understand and strictly adhere to company safety work policies and operating practices. - Report safety incidents, near misses, and support a positive safety culture. - Support production KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and work towards achieving these goals. - Monitor product purity, inventory, and other process indications for abnormalities. - Takes a leadership role in creation and oversight of productivity optimization. - Works with management on more complex or unusual assignments. - Monitors external/internal trends, develops procedures, makes judgments and takes organization-wide actions that set precedents. - Focuses on planning and execution for current year. - Staff, train, coach, and administer performance reviews, salary increases and corrective action of subordinate employees. - Works across all levels of Linde organizations to achieve desired results into a cohesive and effective management team. - Act as primary interface for the Freeport ASU/CO2, coordinating and facilitating activities and commitments with other departments, businesses, and/or functions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree + 5 years experience -or- 10+ year's experience in an industrial production environment with direct reports - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Associate in applied sciences Degree or equivalent apprenticeship preferred. - Previous experience in a continuous chemical operation environment preferred. - Motivated, self-starter capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities. - Relevant computer and technical skills - Must be able to work off hours, weekends and holidays, as required. - Must have good, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. - Must have a current and valid driver's license. - Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job: - Lift 50 pounds. - Climb stairs and ladders. - Work in tight and closed spaces. - Be able to wear all required personal protective equipment. - Qualify and wear a full-face respirator.
