Maintain project phasing plans and schedules to ensure craft workers, subcontractors, and vendors understand workflow and required sequencing for achieving project milestones. Develop, plan, and implement-with the project team-all safety protocols, quality control procedures, jobsite security, field office layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment needs, and manpower requirements.
