Graduation in an approved engineering curriculum of four (4) years and a year of professional experience in engineering, civil engineering, transportation research, or a closely related field, with demonstrated ability to apply the required knowledge, skills, and competencies in a similar role. Prepare and maintain daily project records and files, and oversees the work of technicians doing the same, including daily reports of materials placed, locations of work, work interruptions, contractor workforce size and composition, test results, and any other related information.
