Lead, supervise, coach, and support field teams to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality project executionCoordinate field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and resources to keep projects on trackDevelop and manage project schedules, including critical path planning and three-week lookaheadsCollaborate with project teams to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and maintain budget and schedule goalsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with project requirementsMaintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycleBuild strong relationships with clients, project teams, and key stakeholders. Field Supervisor / Superintendent experience leading construction teams and direct reportsExperience creating and managing project schedules using scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred)Strong understanding of coordinating self-perform work, subcontractors, and managing three-week lookahead schedulesExperience tracking productivity rates and labor cost reportingProven ability to lead site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, trades, and project teams.
