Senior Project Manager – Northern MichiganWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Northern Michigan. This role requires someone who can manage multiple active projects, coordinate with a range of stakeholders, and take responsibility for project outcomes from start to finish.You will be responsible for delivering projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining clear communication with clients, team members, and partners. Dahl House Construction is a locally owned residential and commercial construction business in Alpena County.  We've been in business for 20+ years, business is growing and we are adding a Construction Laborer to our team!   QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in building construction, framing or carpentry experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Valid driver's license. Available to work 9-10 hour a day as projects demand.   Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions and complete tasks independently. Abiltiy to use and maintain hand and power tools in a safe and correct manner. Ability to meet the physical demands of the work - lifting up to 50# and work at elevated heights on roofs or scaffolding. Will require daily travel to surrounding counties. Work takes place in varied weather conditions.   Location:  Northeast lower Michigan, primarily Alcona, Alpena and Presque Isle Counties.
