p>What We're Looking For: Experience:
10+ years of Project Superintendent experience required Commercial construction experience working for a general contractor (GC) required Experience in education, municipal, hospitality, and/or senior living construction required Experience working on active communities or campuses preferred Experience leading a team with a focus on coaching, development, and mentorship Experience with safety, preconstruction, staff development/retention, and customer advocacy.
Skills:
Ability to read/interpret construction documents Knowledge of construction methods and materials Excellent project organizational skills Impressive leadership skills with the desire to teach, mentor, and develop a team Business acumen and relationship building skills Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
