Substitutions: Candidates will be awarded with equitable experience, as noted below, for possessing a graduate or advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field, as follows: Bachelor: 4 years' experience; Masters - 5 years' experience; Juris Doctorate (J.D.) - 6 years' experience; Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) - 7 years' experience. These efforts include enterprise implementation of Unifier as the agency's project management software for over 7,000 internal and external users, instituting high-quality performance through project delivery methods such as design-bid-build, design-build, progressive design-build, and CM-Build (CMAR / CMGC), and implementation of existing and future strategic plan goals.
