In this leadership role, you are responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to Westlake's policies and applicable laws including: recruitment, mentoring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluation management; supervise, reward and discipline employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues. In this role, you will direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of processing equipment including tanks, pumps and piping, and in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of mill, industrial plant by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
