The Facilities Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction execution, quality assurance, and turnover of non-Store real estate projects including corporate offices, production facilities (meat manufacturing, food and beverage), distribution centers, warehouses, and other support infrastructure. Intermediate to advanced proficiency across multiple software platforms to include: MS Office Suite, Autodesk Revit or AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam, Procore or similar construction management platform, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and project management tools (i.e. Asana).
