What you will do: With support, coaching, and direction from CMT's Surface Transportation Manager and technical leaders, you will serve the firm in the following capacities: Perform, support, and lead on-site construction phase services including onsite project observation and documentation services which may include supervising and directing junior staff in support of project managers. Communicate, understand, and implement the construction documents (plans & specifications) including horizontal and vertical layout, site development, grading, drainage, asphalt & concrete paving, pavement marking, signage, erosion control, coordination with utilities, quantity takeoff, cost estimates, and construction scheduling.
