The Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety and welfare of all employees, process efficiency, the quality and quantity of all products produced, cost control and effective communication with his or her superiors, peers, and direct reports, and address maintenance issues. Production- Maintain work flow by monitoring process, setting process variables, observe control points and equipment, communicate clear job expectations, schedule and assign personnel, establish priorities, and report results on shift production summaries.
