div>Master required job-specific and technical skills in order to promote to an assistant superintendent or assistant project manager following the 12-month training program including, but not limited to, the ability to:
Set up and maintain jobsite office and all jobsite records, including project directory, construction documents, subcontractor directory, daily reports, submittal logs, RFI logs, subcontractor correspondence, etc.
In accordance with New York City Human Rights Law (NYCHRL), Local Law 32, the base salary range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
