With oversight from management, managing established priorities and providing status updates, facilitating knowledge transfers to various groups, troubleshooting design and construction software application and associated tools, documenting incidents/defects and associated resolutions, managing user access, providing support in the maintenance of software application and associated tools, applying business analysis tools / method / techniques across a range of small scale projects to elicit business requirements, assessing information gathered, identifying discrepancies/conflicting requests, distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs, driving and challenging business units on their assumptions of how their design can be successfully implemented, conducting and evaluating user acceptance testing, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plan developed by management, providing post-implementation support, creating or peer reviewing user documentation, identifying potential impacts of design and configuration based on SOX and Internal Control, and appropriately communicating to management as needed. Supports construction deliverables by:
• Working on smaller to larger organizational projects from initiation to close-out; • Developing, analyzing, and executing project plans which include scope identification and management, schedule, inter-dependencies, and resource forecast; • Assisting in project financials; • Monitoring project performance against plan and provides input and justification for costs and budget impact; • Coordinating with project activities related to organizational change management (e.g., development and execution of user adoption, implementation, and training plans) as defined by the project; • Allocating resources, establishes schedules, and makes task assignments with minimal oversight from more senior project managers.
