Duties include safety of UMEC field personnel assigned to their projects, preconstruction, design- assist, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial outcome, projections and reporting, material and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management. Proven project management skills with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager with full mechanical contracting or related construction firms.
