Monitor and report key CBC metrics, including DSO, aging of receivables, overdue balances, collection effectiveness, and billing accuracy - Provide actionable insights to leadership, drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, and establish clear ownership and accountability for delivering sustainable performance improvements. (2) Enhance our Credit, Billing, & Collections (CBC) processes collaborating with Sales, Operations, Billing, Collections, & Leadership teams to drive improvement in customer collections, aged invoices, and days sales outstanding (DSO).
