In this role, you'll lead multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, taking ownership of project schedules, budgets, trade coordination, quality, and stakeholder communication while working closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams. Lead and support Superintendents, field staff, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers while fostering strong collaboration across construction, accounting, asset management, and executive leadership.
