This role provides complete oversight of multiple utility construction projects from business development and estimating through project execution and closeout while maintaining accountability for safety, profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. The Regional Manager serves as the primary leader for the division, directing project management personnel, field operations, estimating, scheduling, procurement, subcontract mangement, financial forecasting, and customer relationships.
