Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field and twelve (12) years of relevant experience leading all pre-construction efforts on a variety of group-up building construction projects ensuring successful planning, estimating, and positioning of projects prior to construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including four (4) years of leadership.
