Working closely with the Superintendent and Project Management team, the Heavy Civil Foreman oversees day-to-day field operations, including crew leadership, production planning, grading, excavation, earthmoving, GPS machine control coordination, drainage installation, equipment utilization, and quality control. R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced and motivated Utility-Scale Heavy Civil Foreman to lead field crews performing earthwork, grading, excavation, and site development on utility-scale power, renewable energy, transmission, and substation projects throughout the United States.
