Core Responsibilities:Manage and track assigned crews and construction sitesOversee daily field operations, schedules, and project progressEnsure crews follow company, customer, and industry safety requirementsMonitor workmanship, quality, productivity, and project expectationsCommunicate project status, delays, issues, and needs to Project ManagementCoordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnelReview project scopes, construction drawings, and site-specific requirementsEnsure crews have the materials, equipment, information, and resources needed to perform their workIdentify potential project issues and assist with developing solutionsTrack labor, material needs, milestones, and overall project completionComplete and review required reports, photos, safety documentation, and project paperworkHold crews accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and performanceMake sound field decisions and escalate issues when necessaryPreferred Qualifications:Previous telecommunications or wireless construction experienceConstruction management, foreman, or field leadership experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsBasic computer and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneouslyAbility to travel regularly and work extended hours when requiredComfortable working outdoors in varying weather and jobsite conditions What You'll Get from UsAt Heights Tower, our mission is to provide quality products and outstanding services to our customers, to treat our customers and employees in a respectful and friendly manner, and to be a positive influence in the community.
