Valid driver’s license and ability to report daily to a client campus in Prince George’s County, Maryland, successfully pass required federal and state (MD, DC, VA) criminal background checks and a sex offender registry search, and meet the stated site requirements, including standing, sitting, walking, bending, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead, lifting 40+ pounds, wearing required PPE, and working around extreme temperatures, loud noise, and fumes. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, or 4 additional years of professional experience, with working knowledge of construction means and methods, contract documents, submittals and RFIs, CPM schedules, payment applications, and change order management.
